DETAILS FOR ATTENDEES*
This is a multi-venue event, so please be sure to
check your destination based on the full set of details we have emailed you in
the past few days. Sailor & spectator registration opens at North
Cove Marina and Chelsea Piers at Noon. All sailors and spectators must
arrive no later than 12:45pm to ensure their spot on board their designated
boat. We cannot guarantee that latecomers will be able to board their boat.

Join us on Thursday, October 6, 2011 for the First Annual HARBOR SCHOOL REGATTA at GOVERNORS ISLAND to benefit the Urban Assembly New York Harbor School. This inaugural charity regatta will feature America's Cup 12 meter and J24 racing, and will serve as the opening event for the 5th Annual New York Classic Week in New York Harbor; a Manhattan Sailing Club regatta. Afterward, sailors and spectators will gather at Water Taxi Beach on Governors Island for a POST-REGATTA COCKTAIL BASH & AWARDS CEREMONY complete Gosling's Dark n' Stormies, Fishers Island Oysters, Brooklyn Brewery season brews and tremendous harvest summer views of downtown Manhattan. 100% of funds raised will support the education of inner-city students at Harbor School.
